Shipping
Most of our products ship within 3 business days. If there is going to be any delay in shipping your order we will notify you. Our products generally ship via UPS or USPS.
All prices include shipping except when an express shipping method is requested by the purchaser. To have your order shipped via UPS next day or second day air please contact us so we can estimate the shipping charge. We will charge you the amount that UPS charges for the service.
Purchase Orders
We accept Purchase Orders with your order. We request that you fax a hard copy of the Purchase Order to us at 856-228-1230.
Payment Terms
Payment by credit card is processed on the day your order is received.
If you use a Purchase Order we will send you an Invoice when your order is processed. Payment terms are Net 30. Any balance over 30 days is subject to an 18% annual (1.5% monthly) Finance Charge. Failure to pay within 90 days will suspend your credit with us and all future orders must be pre-paid.
